Treasury and Elections Subcommittee

Treasury and Elections Subcommittee Layout (at a Minimum)

Treasurer: Work with Chair and AAMFT on reviewing and accepting CEU authorizations for events outside WAMFT. Draft budgetary items with Leadership. Review and sign check requests. Attend GIN meetings (minimum once every two months). Bring to the attention of Leadership and AAMFT CEO information that might suggest fraud or illegal behavior of a member of any member in the Network in order to determine whether the matter merits an investigation by the CEO and/or Component Evaluation Committee (CEC). Report to the Network membership, annually, of the fiscal position of the component. In addition, write in Newsletter updates on fiscal position (3 times a year). The report shall be posted to Network membership no later than January 31 of the subsequent year. Commit 1-5 hours a month (varies based on month activities).

Elections Subcommittee Chair: Looks for leaders within membership. Helps foster their participation within the organization. Works with Treasurer to nominate individuals to the leadership team. Commit 1-2 hours a month.
