CTAMFT has a call to action for all CT MFTs to submit testimony for HB 7039.
HB 7039 is seeking clawback time restrictions and required explanations for all clawbacks and retroactive denials. We all know that insurance clawbacks have increasingly grown more frequent and they seem to be digging further and further back in time as well. This is an initiative we have been fighting for years! If you would like to see time restrictions and required explanations for retroactive payment recoupments and claim denials, PLEASE SUBMIT THIS TESTIMONY TEMPLATE BY 2/27/2025.
