We are seeking an Approved Clinical Supervisor (LMFT) who is passionate about both clinical excellence and developing the next generation of therapists. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a clinician who enjoys providing therapy while mentoring associates and interns in a supportive, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
Clinical Leadership

Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families.

Complete assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing clinical documentation.

Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to client needs. Ensure ethical, legal, and professional standards are consistently maintained. Clinical Supervision & Mentorship

Provide individual and group supervision to associate-level clinicians and interns. Support clinical skill development, professional growth, and confidence-building. Offer case consultation, constructive feedback, and guidance on best practices.

Foster a learning environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

Team Collaboration

Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support positive client outcomes.

Promote an inclusive, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+-affirming culture throughout the practice.

Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
-
Active, unrestricted Arizona LMFT license.
-
Approved Clinical Supervisor status, or eligibility and willingness to obtain approval within a designated timeframe (training support available).

Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field.

Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and client-centered care.
Preferred Experience
-
Clinical supervision of associates, interns, or early-career clinicians.

Experience with modalities such as: Family Systems Theory, EFT, Gottman, EMDR, Trauma-informed approaches, Mindfulness-based interventions

Experience serving diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, and families.

Strong understanding of the professional and developmental challenges facing new clinicians.

Work Schedule & Location

Full-time, on-site position based in Scottsdale, AZ (some hybrid)

Travel to Glendale and Surprise locations as needed

Afternoon/evening availability required (up to 7:00 PM)

Occasional weekend on-call coverage
