Join Our Speaker Pool!

Interested in providing a CE or Conference session based on your areas of expertise? IAMFT is currently seeking a diverse group of professionals to join our speaker pool! We are actively looking for speakers for our 2027 monthly Speaker Series, and we will draw upon our Speaker Pool first when building our 2027 Conference lineup!

Some Topics of Interest Include (but are not limited to):

Continuing Education and Refreshers on Providing Technology-Assisted Services (TAS)

• Record-keeping standards unique to TAS
• Ethical issues to stay informed about when using TAS
• Navigating difficult and dangerous situations when using TAS

Systemic Model-Specific Skills

• Sessions focusing on specific skill building using experiential exercises | focus on 1-3 model-specific skills
• These can be foundational or introductory sessions or longer workshops that can feed into certified training programs!

Recognizing Autism and ADHD in Diverse Populations

• Including culturally attuned assessment, when to refer to a diagnostician, and how to work more effectively (and systemically!) with couples and families with at least one autistic or ADHD family member

Working Systemically with Severe Mental Health Diagnoses

Healing Individual Mental Health or Physical Health Conditions Using Systemic/Relational Therapy 

Remaining Systemic while Working in Individualistic Treatment Settings

Advocating for A Family Systems Approach in Larger Systems
