AIN is supporting an event led by Nicole Rizkallah, LMFT, and Dr. Lea Barber, LMFT at Therapy With Heart.
Participants will explore the rich cultural heritage, values, and traditions that shape the experiences and mental health needs of Middle Eastern individuals. The talk will delve into key topics, such as the influence of geo-political considerations, family dynamics, religion and spirituality, gender roles, and the impact of collectivist cultures on therapy and its tension with the West. In partnership with AzEFT, this training counts toward diversity CEUs.
