Transferring Courses:
If you need to transfer to a new course date and time, a $50 transfer fee will be charged upon switching. If you need to switch to a different course date and time and there are no openings, you must first cancel your registration according to our cancellation and refund policy and re-register once new courses become available. Transfers must be made prior to your original course start date.
Cancellation Policy/Refund Policy:
Due to the limited availability of spaces in the online Approved Supervision courses, cancellations and any subsequent request for a refund must be made 30 days prior to the start of your first scheduled interactive session. Cancellations made within 30 days of the course will be eligible for a 25% refund. If you need to switch to a different course date and time and there are no openings, you must first cancel your registration according to our cancellation and refund policy and re-register once new courses become available.
We cannot hold money on your account for future courses. If you are canceling your registration, you must request a refund, and all requests must be made in writing and can be sent to central@aamft.org.
Group Registration:
We will allow groups of 5 or less to attend the Virtual Refresher course only. We strongly suggest that you complete and submit the attached form as soon as your group decides on a virtual course to register for. A group will not be registered until we receive a completed form. We cannot reserve spots. Please send completed forms to central@aamft.org.

Helpful Information:
Completing the course does not automatically apply you for your designation renewal. You must separately apply within one year of your renewal date, which is 3 months before your designation expiration (Renewal form), and pay the fee. You must be a Clinical Fellow of AAMFT in order to renew. Consult the AAMFT website or the current version of the AS Handbook for full instructions. Send renewal form to central@aamft.org.
Course Communication: Make sure the email you have on file with us is up to date. All correspondence and pertinent information about the course will go to the email on your AAMFT account. You will be sent an email with the link to join the course one week before the course starts. Make sure to add learning@aamft.org and central@aamft.org to your address book or safe list to ensure that future messages from us are delivered properly to your inbox (and not to your bulk or junk mail folders). As always, please check your spam and junk mail.
