Where do I access my course?
If you are registered for Option A: 30 Hour Fundamentals Hybrid course, you can access it by going to www.aamft.org/learning and clicking on 'Access My Courses'. The interactive portion of your course, will take place via Zoom. You will be e-mailed information regarding your particular meeting link one week and 3 hours before your designated interactive time. To ensure that the course starts smoothly and on-time, please test the system that you are planning to use for the course by clicking on this test link.
We highly recommend using the internet browser Google Chrome to access all portions of your course.
Can I miss a session of my Fundamentals course and just make it up later?
Please check your availability before you register for a course to make sure you can attend every session in its entirety. Failure to attend all course sessions in their entirety will result in losing registration fees (no partial refunds) and having to retake the entire course. No extensions, course transfers, or other accommodations will be made if you miss a session. It is your responsibility to check your calendar for availability for each course and attend during the correct times.
If I registered for the Hybrid Refresher Course, is there work I must complete before my interactive session?
Yes! If you are registered for the Hybrid Option A Refresher course, you must complete your online work before your interactive session. You can access your course with the didactic requirements by clicking HERE and then selecting 'Access My Courses".
How do I access my course tools and handouts?
Course tools and handouts for your Fundamentals course can be accessed on the Approved Supervision Network page under the tab 'Resources'.
Is there a textbook requirement?
There is a textbook requirement for all options of the Fundamentals of Supervision course. This text is sold separately and NOT included in the price of the course. You can purchase that textbook by visiting this link.
How do I get my CE credits for taking the course?
Please visit the continuing education tab at the top of this site, where you will find directions for obtaining your CE credits for all course options.
How do I access my course, do I need a Zoom account?
You do not need a Zoom account to attend any interactive sessions. You simply need a working webcam, and access to internet.
