Jill holds a degree in Organizational Communication and joined AAMFT as Communications Manager in 2014. Prior to working at AAMFT, she managed communications at a nonprofit that dealt with international adoption and orphan advocacy. In her time at AAMFT, she started the blog and ran the social media accounts, managed Topical Interest Networks, promoted events, products, and services of the association, and connected members with the media to advance the public’s understanding of the profession.
As of January 2021, Jill is the Director of Communications and Component Programs, where she oversees all component programs and AAMFT's strategic communications.
Jill lives with her husband and cat in Baltimore, Maryland, and enjoys hiking, reading, and cheering for Philly sports teams.
