The Tennessee House has passed House Bill 1909. The vote was almost a unanimous decision, with a final count of 94-1. Enhanced portability for marriage and family therapists continues to see broad bipartisan support across the country.
On April 2nd, the Tennessee Senate heard House Bill 1909 again to match the language that the Senate previously passed in Senate Bill 2585. The Senate voted to match the language passed out of the House unanimously, 31-0.
