House Bill 459 has officially passed both chambers of the Kentucky legislature and is awaiting a signature from the governor to officially sign it into law!
On March 31st, the Kentucky House passed the Senate’s version of House Bill 459 to make the bill identical. On April 1st, the Senate President and the Speaker of the House put their signatures on the bill to pass the legislation on to the Governor for the final step of the legislative process.
