On Tuesday, March 10th, Kentucky House Bill 459 passed the Senate Licensing and Occupations Committee. On Thursday, March 19th, House Bill 459 passed the Senate Floor! The bill received unanimous support from both the committee and the full Senate. The bill now needs to go back to the House for concurrence. Check back for updates through the end of the legislative session!
