Jennifer Golia is honored to currently serve as the Chair of NHAMFT. She enjoys being able to support and advocate for MFTs in the state of New Hampshire. Jennifer graduated from the University of New Hampshire with her Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2014. She currently owns a private practice in New Hampshire where she enjoys helping teens, adult individuals, couples, and families. She especially enjoys helping people who have been through trauma through integrating modalities such as EMDR, IFS, and Sensory Motor Therapy. She also serves as adjunct faculty at the University of New Hampshire in their Family Studies Department is an AMFT Approved Supervisor. |

Mariah Chagnon, Chair-Elect, graduated magna cum laude from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and earned her Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the COAMFTE accredited program at the UNH School of Human Development and Family Studies. As the owner of Ellacoya Counseling PLLC in Concord, NH Mariah systemically supports individuals, couples, and families seeking to heal with a particular focus on agency, empowerment, and attachment. Mariah has diverse experience within the mental health field across multiple levels of care, including crisis, in-home, outpatient, school-based, and integrated-care settings. Prior to beginning clinical practice, Mariah was a crisis services advocate and supervisor providing training and support to medical, corporate, community, and law enforcement agencies in trauma response and violence prevention. Mariah was also part of the nation’s first ACERT team in Manchester, NH, working to bridge the gap between law enforcement, mental health and victim services by providing immediate support to families exposed to trauma through violence and substance use. These experiences ignited her appreciation for the specialized training and invaluable perspective the MFT field provides which has been emboldened by the diverse, talented, and passionate MFTs of New Hampshire. Mariah is honored to step into the role of Chair-Elect and continue the wonderful work of the NHAMFT interest network.

Natalie Glisson, Treasurer, attended graduate school at the University of New Hampshire. After graduating in 2015, she worked for eight years in a community mental health setting where she focused on working with children and families. She currently has a private practice in Concord, where she primarily provides faith-based systemic work. She works to create a fun and safe relationship with families so that children enjoy attending sessions and find therapy helpful. She encourages exploration of serious topics in a systemic way, involving the entire family. Her approach with most clients is to encourage as many family members as possible to attend sessions. She believes that by learning about each other, family members can create connection and problem solve together. She enjoys working with all ages and with many different therapeutic techniques. Her approach uses Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Structural Therapy, and Narrative Therapy integration. As a practicing Catholic, she finds great peace in her faith and has found it a significant strength and comfort throughout her life. She has had many years of treating trauma from a systemic and family perspective. She specializes in treating sexual abuse and has worked with children who are experiencing problematic sexual behaviors (PSB). She has treated survivors of human trafficking and is a member of the NH Human Trafficking Taskforce. She has used Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) to treat children who have experienced trauma. In addition, she has created trainings to support therapists in treating individuals with pornography addiction. She is also an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and enjoys fostering new therapists towards licensure.

Christine Lazdowski, a licensed marriage and family therapist and a licensed pastoral psychotherapist, currently serves as both Secretary and Education Committee Chair for the New Hampshire Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She earned a Master of Science from the University of Rochester and a Master of Divinity from Harvard University, and enjoys blending systemic and spiritual theories of care in her private practice based out of Windham, NH. Christine is a strong proponent of harnessing the power of meaning-making in our lives and of helping clients to engage with difficult truths.
Prior to establishing her practice in Windham, she was affiliated with the New England Pastoral Institute in Salem, NH. She has also worked with hospital chaplains at Strong Memorial Hospital (Rochester, NY) and Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, MA), in addition to interning at Strong Family Therapy Services and Highland Family Medicine (Rochester, NY).
In addition to serving in NHAMFT, she is a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and a member of the New Hampshire Pastoral Psychotherapists' Association.
