Mariah Chagnon, Chair, graduated magna cum laude from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and earned her Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the COAMFTE accredited program at the UNH School of Human Development and Family Studies. As the owner of Ellacoya Counseling PLLC in Concord, NH Mariah systemically supports individuals, couples, and families seeking to heal with a particular focus on agency, empowerment, and attachment. Mariah has diverse experience within the mental health field across multiple levels of care, including crisis, in-home, outpatient, school-based, and integrated-care settings. Prior to beginning clinical practice, Mariah was a crisis services advocate and supervisor providing training and support to medical, corporate, community, and law enforcement agencies in trauma response and violence prevention. Mariah was also part of the nation’s first ACERT team in Manchester, NH, working to bridge the gap between law enforcement, mental health and victim services by providing immediate support to families exposed to trauma through violence and substance use. These experiences ignited her appreciation for the specialized training and invaluable perspective the MFT field provides which has been emboldened by the diverse, talented, and passionate MFTs of New Hampshire. Mariah is honored to step into the role of Chair and continue the wonderful work of the NHAMFT interest network.

Jason Frazier is excited to be NHAMFT's new Chair-Elect. He began his involvement with NHAMFT in 2011 when he was still a student at UNH's MFT program, and he cherishes the community of MFTs that we have here in NH. He has been involved with the Family TEAM for over a year now and is passionate about advocating for MFTs and mental health needs within the state. Jason has a fully telehealth private practice out of his home, as well as being an AAMFT-Approved Supervisor. He is a proud dad to two kids, who regularly keep him humble and laughing. When he is not working or parenting, he enjoys a love of cooking, trying new cuisines, and playing board games. |

Jacqueline (Jacquie) Allman, LMFT, is honored to support NHAMFT as treasurer. Jacquie earned a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, with Distinction, and a certificate in Play Therapy from Plymouth State University. She enjoys working with teens, adults, couples, and families in her private practice both in Concord and remotely. Jacquie is extensively trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and has co-led ACT based groups as part of a research project at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Jacquie is fully trained in EMDR and well-versed in IFS, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, Supportive Parenting of Anxious Childhood Experiences (SPACE), Assessment and Treatment of Sexual Issues, and Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS). She enjoys integrating different modalities, incorporating education about neuroscience and polyvagal theory, while continuing to learn and grow as a therapist. Jacquie has experience working with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, mood disorders, parenting challenges, relationship conflict, gender identity, sexual identity, sexual issues, and developmental trauma. When working with individuals, couples, and families, Jacquie draws on her former experience as an educator and a communication skills/compassionate communication instructor. More than anything, she loves sharing a journey that can help us all understand our humanity.

Robin Risso is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She currently serves as NHAMFT Secretary and is a member of the Education Committee. She served on the Massachusetts Board in different roles over eight years and worked as the division's Executive Director for a year.
Robin believes in the importance of continuing to support and advance the field and does so as an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. Additionally, she currently teaches at Anna Maria College in Paxton, MA and was on the faculty at UMass Boston in the COAMFT program for several years, before the program was disbanded.
Robin resides in Massachusetts but has been treating New Hampshire residents for many years. She now provides treatment via telehealth in her private practice and through North Star Guidance Center, Inc. Robin is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families build healthier relationships and navigate life’s challenges with resilience and clarity. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, Robin appreciates a variety of systemic models, often working from an IFS perspective.
