On January 8th, Virginia Delegate Mark Sickles from District 17 introduced House Bill 329. This bill focuses on easing licensure barriers for MFTs licensed in other states.
AAMFT is excited about the potential positive impact these legislative initiatives can have on our members' professional mobility and growth, as well as the opportunity to expand MFT services and systemic therapy to communities that may currently have limited access to care.
