Journaling as Self Care

Keeping a journal is an act of self-care. When we write, we think about things differently. Anxieties, problems, whatever it is, when we write about it we get out of our own heads. We change the way we look at an issue.

In this hour-long workshop, I teach tangible ways to start a journal and create a sustainable practice/ritual. How to take time for yourself amidst the chaos of today's world. I know your conference theme is Power Imbalance and I think this workshop can mold to fit that. Journaling helps bring us back to ourselves, it helps us find agency and voice.

This workshop includes tips and tricks to create a journaling practice/ritual as well as an ebook of journal prompts to help spark the imagination.
