In this mindfulness training, we will engage in four foundational mindfulness practices aimed at what are known in mindfulness training as the "divine abodes. " These are qualities of lovingkindness, compassion, gratitude, and balance. Participants will take part in the practices and will have a chance to feedback and discuss the ways that these practices can effectively be used with clients. Participants will be given alternate practices for each of these qualities and resources to support mindfulness in their clinical practice.
