Social Justice in School Based Services

When:  Dec 18, 2020 from 01:00 PM to 02:30 PM (ET)
Dr. Anne Rambo, PhD, professor at Nova University, will address her important work on
social justice in schools.  A long time school-based MFT, Dr. Rambo has been instrumental in helping train MFTs to enter school-based practice in southeast Florida. She will address her role in and research about The Broward District’s nationally recognized Promise Program which has challenged the school-to-prison pipeline and promoted social justice in Florida.  After the Parkland school shooting, Promise was also used to address increasing school safety in Florida.  Dr. Rambo is a frequent national and international speaker on solution focused therapy and school-based practice for MFTs.

This webinar will be worth 1.5 continuing education credits.
