Bio
I am an Associate Professor in the Marriage & Family Therapy program at Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT. I am also the Program Director of the
Sexual & Gender Minority Mental Health
program at Fairfield, which offers specialized training in working with LGBTQ clients to mental health professionals and graduate students.
I am an Approved Supervisor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Connecticut and maintain a small private practice focused on serving LGBTQ clients and their families. I am available to facilitate training on affirmative therapy, LGBTQ issues, and self-of-therapist development.
My passion is promoting health and wellness for all queer individuals, couples, and families. I do this through my roles as chair of the
Queer and Trans Advocacy Network
(QTAN) of AAMFT, on the Board of Directors of the
Triangle Community Center
, Connecticut's largest LGBTQ resource, and as the founder of
Pride & Wellness
, an LGBTQ-focused health and wellness fair.
