Hello NDIN Members!
(Note: I am writing this with my member hat on, as opposed to my leadership team hat. 🙂 )
My name is GinaMarie Russo and I am a current doctoral candidate in Counseling and Counselor Education at the University of Florida. I have finally arrived at the recruitment part of my dissertation and am looking for participants for my qualitative research study Making it Work: The Lived Experiences of Late-Diagnosed Neurodivergent Clinicians. The purpose of this study is to better understand how neurodivergent or neurodistinct mental health professionals navigate professional expectations and sustain their work in clinical practice.

Licensed mental health professionals (e.g., LPC/LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or similar licensure)
-
Individuals who identify as neurodivergent or neurodistinct
-
Clinicians with 7+ years of licensed clinical experience who are currently seeing clients
Participation will include completion of a brief survey and two virtual interviews. Participation is voluntary, and all data will be kept confidential.
