HB 604 Trauma-Informed Schools, Employ One Mental Health Professional / 1500 Students
Physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioners, and licensed clinical social workers are named as "mental health professionals" in the bill. Although marriage and family therapists are included in the professional counselor catchall language, we believe it is important to list marriage and family therapists outright.
