In this interactive session, participants will learn about isomorphism, how it informs the supervision process and how to utilize it to maximize supervisee development and client success. You do not have to be a supervisor to attend this session. Supervisees will learn how they can impact the isomorphic process from their unique position.

Participants will:
- Understand the role of isomorphism in the supervision process.
- Recognize the influence of isomorphism in the development of student therapeutic conceptualization and clinical skills.
- Analyze how their current supervision roles (supervisor or supervisee) can influence the supervision process
- Identify three ways to maximize the supervision process.
