Description

Description

Plato is quoted as saying, “You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation”, and Scarfe is quoted as saying, “The highest form of research is essentially play.” Play therapy is an important modality for mental health professionals since it uses a child’s natural medium to help them process and overcome many of life’s challenges. Learning how to use play therapy appropriately and in what circumstances it is recommended is the goal of this workshop.
