The dirty little secret of couples therapy is we have great models and protocols that work for couples who want to actively work on their relationship. Join us to learn more about the research, similarities and differences between discernment counseling and couples counseling, and an overview of the protocol designed for these tough cases. After more than twenty years as a marketer and communications specialist in entertainment and technology, I wanted a change, and so what began as a genuine curiosity in human psychology and social science blossomed into a second career as a couple and family therapist. I am an Antioch alum and a newer Idahoan, currently practicing therapy via telehealth, serving as Board Treasurer for the Idaho Marriage and Family Therapist network, and running a business with a global customer base with my husband.
