Leadership Learning Labs bring the Certificate of Leadership together for discussions of personal leadership growth and development with an experienced leader in the profession. Join us today as Roger Smith and Patricia Barton share important takeaway messages about leadership coming from lessons learned on their personal journey. The lab will provide ample time for engaging, interactive discussion with peers centered around applying leadership lessons into real life, stepping outside of one's comfort zone, fostering good mentor relationships, and more.
