CTAMFT x Ignite Fitness Foodshare Campaign
The Connecticut Association for Marital and Family Therapy (CTAMFT) and Ignite Fitness (West Hartford & Avon) are joining forces to support Connecticut Foodshare in response to the end of SNAP emergency benefits.
We know that wellness is whole — true health includes mental, physical, and nutritional well-being. When access to food is uncertain, every other aspect of wellness becomes harder to maintain. That’s why our teams are coming together to help ensure that individuals and families across Connecticut have what they need to thrive.
Join us in supporting our neighbors by donating non-perishable food items or contributing directly to Connecticut Foodshare. Together, we can make a meaningful difference — because when our communities are nourished, we all grow stronger!
How to donate:
- Come to Ignite Fitness in West Harford on Saturday November 15 to drop off your non-perishable donations
- Make a monetary donation to our CTAMFT/Ignite Foodshare team
- Join our Foodshare Team and collect donations from your family and friends
