Stress Be Gone: A Mental Health Professional’s Guide to Overcoming and Preventing Burnout.

Starts:  Nov 19, 2021 10:00 AM (ET)
Ends:  Nov 20, 2021 12:00 PM (ET)
Associated with  AAMFT Connecticut

This workshop is catered to the modern Mental Health Professional who wants to develop a deeper understanding about the strategies for preventing and overcoming burnout. The current research shows that when dealing with issues of stress, it is more effective to focus on the nervous system first than it is to spend hours talking about it. We no longer need to be in to be traditional talk therapy for years, nor do we need to move to Bali for a year long retreat to find inner peace. It’s a new Era.

In this experiential workshop, we will cover how to:

  • Keep your spark alive for work and life.
  • Improve your memory.
  • Increase your energy and productivity.
  • Have fulfilling relationships.
  • Sleep deeply and consistently.
  • Obtain mental clarity.
  • Develop more focus and patience.
  • Make stress work for you.

Why is this different from other workshops?

  • This focuses on the root cause rather than the symptoms.
  • This provides practical, research-based, trauma-informed tools to reduce stress and consciously thrive.
  • This is for YOU, not your client.
  • This is an integrative, mind-body approach.
  • This is not therapy where we analyze our past. This is a new way of being from this point forward.
  • The instructor is a fellow burnout survivor.
